🌿“Grow through what you go through” means that life’s challenges, both positive and negative, provide us with opportunities for personal development, resilience, and learning.
🧠Taking care of our mental health is as important, if not more important, than just our physical health. At our 5th annual Women’s Conference we will see that mental illness takes on the look of many faces, affects each of us differently, and actively learn ways we can effectively deal with our struggles on a day to day basis.
📝We start the day shopping with curated vendors and a light breakfast while we are entertained by the Teresa Deaton Band, followed with relevant and thought-provoking, engaging speakers, enjoy a wonderful lunch catered by Katie’s Catering, all our guests will receive an event gift, and we close the event with our signature fundraising centerpiece raffle benefitting Hope Haven of Cass County.
💚Green is the designated color for mental health awareness. It symbolizes new life, renewal, and growth found in nature and represents the idea that individuals facing mental health challenges can experience recovery, healing and personal growth. The green ribbon is internationally associated with mental health awareness and serves as a visual reminder to prioritize mental health.
🦋The butterfly symbolizes resilience, transformation, and hope, reflecting the journey of overcoming challenges to emerge stronger. It is used to represent recovery and new beginnings, similar to a butterfly’s metamorphosis.
