Tae Kwon-Do is a healthy, fitness-promoting activity for persons of all ages, encouraging through its regular practice of both self-respect and self-discipline.
The classes also help promote balance & co-ordination, flexibility, championship sparring, traditional techniques, self-defense and much more….
During your training you will use different aids, such as strike shields and focus pads. This will aid your power, focus, co-ordination and overall technique. Do not worry about your present fitness as we will slowly build your level safely.
Learn locks, restraints and takedown’s, kicking and striking techniques. Builds confidence, awareness, fitness, flexibility. 3-week course. This course is free - but we would appreciate donations to Belper Community Hall (usual class price £7.50).
