Sunrise Yoga

Come join us for an early riser’s treat! Invigorating yet relaxing yoga classes on the beautiful grounds of Beloit’s Riverside Park! During this outdoor class you will connect with nature, watch the sun rise, and awaken your senses. You will move, strengthen and stretch your body as the river flows. You will feel the breeze, hear the birds, and you may even make a friend. You may also want to attend the farmer’s market afterward which is a short walk away! We want to help you focus on creating a healthy lifestyle by generating opportunities to enjoy movement and building community in our beautiful public spaces!

No previous yoga experience necessary. Must be able to get up/down from the ground.

Bring Your Own Mat (BYOM) & dress for the weather.

When? This class is recurring on Saturdays 6:30-7:30am during fair weather months.
