Expect a great range of beautiful tropical plants for sale!About this EventThe ASA is excited to announce the return of the Floresta plant market happening on Saturday the 7th of February 2025 in Brisbane.The NameFloresta (translating to “forest” in Portugese), a plant fair celebrating the beauty of tropical foliage and all the people who love them; paying an ode to the country of Brazil; a haven for Aroids and other tropical plants.The Event DetailsFloresta de Tropical will be held at the Brisbane International Shooting Centre located on the corner of Cadden Drive and Pistol Parade Belmont. The event will run from 8:30AM until 2PM. Entry will be $5.00 per person and free of charge for ASA members. Member and general admission tickets can be purchased from the Eventbrite with early bird entery and give aways on offer for those who prepurchase their tickets to the big day. There will be onsite plant minding as well as an awesome raffle with multiple prizes! The event will also have a caterer offering cakes, tea, coffee and sandwiches.The VenueThose members in SEQ may have attended one of the terrific events held by the International Cordyline Society and or the Bromeliad Society of Queensland and can attest to the quality of the venue!VendorsThe ASA is proud to announce our vendors for the 2026 Brisbane event. The vendors include a range of local growers, to some interstate guests who will be in attendance.
