Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that is accessible to all. No experience is necessary. You will be guided through a deeply relaxing practice and invited to make yourself as comfortable as possible. If you have a yoga mat, blankets, bolsters, etc. feel free to bring them, otherwise we will have supplies available for you.
