This weekend workshop combines training and mediation to produce
A certificate that you attended parenting training

A certificate that you attempted mediation
A certificate that someone refused mediation (if appropriate)
A parenting plan that protects 50/50 shared parenting
Saturday - R750 (Certificate 1)

You can show the certificate at the Children's Court, Family Advocate and Divorce Court
Why is a Child Protection Organisation coaching parents on coparenting in the marriage and divorce? Because children are most at risk of abduction, abuse, neglect, rape and trauma when their parents do not know their responsibilities and rights, are divorcing or divided and the family is vulnerable.
You should attend if you are ...
A parent who loves your child/ren. You want 50-50. You need to know how to make it work in the marriage and the divorce.
A parent who works too hard and gives too little time to your spouse and child/ren. That causes feelings of rejection that open the door to divorce and alienation. You need to know how to balance your time.
A parent who bullies or gets bullied. You need to get to 50-50. You want to know how to avoid being passive/aggressive and become assertive.
A parent who wants less than 50-50 to know why 50-50 works best.
A parent who wants more than 50-50 to know how to cut back and why.
A parent struggling with maintenance. If you are paying too little or too much, or it is not going far enough, you need to know what to do.
A parent struggling to exercise your parental responsibilities and rights.
Frustrated by lawyers, the Family Advocate, social workers and psychologists?
Involving the family, police, Domestic Violence courts and the Children's Courts
A grandparent, aunt or uncle, or relative, finding that your contact is denied. A parent whose child was stolen by Child Welfare.
Bullied and overcharged
A pastor, counsellor or mediator
You will learn -
the legal system and law relevant to divorce
how to prevent and contain a high conflict divorce
how to use social workers and mediation and avoid lawyers and the High Court
how to protect the child
