Host - Rob Kane was a finalist in ‘Scottish Comedian of the Year’ and has made appearances on BBCs ‘Off The Ball’ and ‘Scot Squad’. A seasoned performer on the UK circuit, Kane uses his quick wit and comedic timing to deliver big laughs!

Opener - Amanda Hursy is an award winner at the Fringe, the largest comedy festival in the world. She has also been runner up in the Leicester Festivals ‘Performance of the Year’ and makes regular appearances on BBCs ‘Breaking the News’.  Amanda’s warm stage presence and energetic delivery is building her reputation as one of the most exciting talents on the UK comedy scene.

Headline Act - Cubby became a household name after his appearance on Britain’s Got Talent. Known for his sharp wit and self-deprecating humour telling stories about his life as a blind man, following a degenerative eye condition.  

As well as these professional comedians, we will have sets from 2 up and coming comedians.

Craig Speirs is making waves in the Scottish comedy scene and has been earning rave reviews with his observational tales of a working class guy from Clydebank. Craig has already performed at the Edinburgh Fringe and has recently been part of a sell out Glasgow Festival show, ‘Mad Men.

Finally, Gordon Keane is a Mossend resident, living a stones throw from Sparky’s Bar & Lounge. He made his comedy debut here 2 years ago as part of an open mic night and has now caught the bug. He’s just made his Glasgow Festival debut with his show ‘Run FatBoy Run’ about his experiences as a far, middle-aged runner!
