Waves of gongs, Himalayan bowls, and chimes flow around and through you, carrying tension away and inviting deep relaxation.

As the sounds ripple and dance, you are supported in a suspended state, free to release what no longer serves you and embrace a sense of calm, clarity, and renewal. Perfect for easing stress, reconnecting with your breath, and surrendering to the present moment, this sound bath leaves you feeling grounded, uplifted, and deeply nourished—an enchanting pause in the midst of life’s busyness.

Arrive by 2:45 PM to set up your space for a prompt start.
Please dress comfortably and bring a blanket . People also like to bring an eye cover.
