Women's Yin & Connect @ Flux Yoga

Take a night for you. Join Maygen for a lighthearted and grounding evening designed for women to slow down, connect, and recharge. We’ll gather for gentle journaling, breathwork, meaningful conversation, and a 45-minute Yin yoga practice to help you rest and reflect.

This evening is inspired by the energy of a traditional “girls’ night” — a space for warmth, support, and genuine connection. Come as you are, wear your cozy clothes, and give yourself the gift of presence.
