2026 WCEL Gala & Auction: An Evening Under the Big Top
Step right up for a night of fun, laughter, and purpose! Whatcom Center for Early Learning’s Annual Gala & Auction returns with a circus-themed celebration you won’t forget. Join us under the Big Top for an evening filled with dinner, games, live and silent auctions, and a heartfelt Raise the Paddle, all to support local children and families.
This event plays a vital role in helping us fill a $250,000 gap in annual funding, ensuring WCEL can continue offering free or low-cost early support services for children with developmental delays and disabilities.
Your generosity will:
Help fund new and expanding roles within our agency
Ensure services remain accessible to all families
Allow us to reach more of the 16% of children in our community who need our services, we currently can serve only 4.8%
Our 2026 goals are ambitious:
$50,000 in sponsorships to power the event and expand our reach
$100,000 in fundraising to strengthen programs and direct services
And we’re seeking a matching donor to double the impact of our top two Raise the Paddle levels!
