In this supportive environment you'll learn practical techniques to manage anxiety, improve your public speaking/performing skills, and build confidence. Through engaging exercises and group activities, you'll discover your unique voice and develop the tools necessary to shine on any stage.

Join us and transform your fright into a source of strength!

This class will be taught by Jessica and Layla.  Both have years of performance experience, overcoming, and managing stage fright. Jessica is a registered nurse and Layla is a therapist and Founder of Jasper Connections, PLLC.  

Class is by donation to help pay for the unseen costs of event hosting: printing flyers, website costs, promotion and all that fun stuff. 

But you do not need to donate if you are unable. 

We want you to come and have a good time regardless for financial circumstances.
Pay at the Door by cash, Venmo, or PayPal.
