Come gather ’round, friends, for a real good time at the Wild Buffalo as we celebrate the life, the songs and the long, strange trip of Bob Weir.
Led by Bellingham’s own Sleepy Alligators, setting sail with that familiar mix of cowboy chords, sideways rhythms and jams that can turn on a dime.
With a whole mess of special guests dropping in, expect a night that moves like Truckin’ down the road — sometimes smooth, sometimes weird, always heading somewhere worth going. You might find yourself dancing through Sugar Magnolia, shouting the chorus to The Music Never Stopped, or drifting off into the wide-open spaces of Playing in the Band.
Bob’s songs have always felt like campfire stories and road maps all rolled into one — tales of gamblers and drifters, hard rain and easy answers, Jack Straw runnin’ from town to town, Cassidy catching the light just right. One minute you’re stomping your feet, the next you’re spinning in place wondering how you ended up so far from where you started.
So whether you’ve been on the bus since the Fillmore days or you’re just stepping aboard, come on down, shake your bones, and let’s roll away the dew.
As long as there’s a band to play and a crowd to sing, you know one thing’s for sure — the music never stopped. 🌹💀⚡
