The Yantra a geometric design acting as a highly efficient tool for contemplation, concentration and meditation.
Artist Stephanie June Ellis will guide participants through drawing The Gayatri Yantra with the traditional tools of a compass and straight edge in order to find a focal point concentrating the mind on a single, simple object ceasing one’s mental chatter.
Class will commence with a presentation on Yantras and the Vastu Shastra System, followed by meditation and Geometric Construction.
