FREE CREATIVE RECOVERY WORKSHOPS for NAMBUCCA RESIDENTS
Join Arts Mid North Coast for free wearable art workshops to create works for the upcoming Nambucca Valley Open Street Festival Parade. These Creative Recovery workshops are a chance to reconnect, share stories and make wearable artworks together inspired by our river, our coast and our community. No experience needed and open to all ages (children under 12 to be accompanied by an adult).
Workshop sessions (you can attend one or all sessions):
Thursday 29 January, 12–3pm TAFE Macksville, Room AG01 (afternoon tea provided)
Friday 30 January, 9am–12pm Nambucca Community & Art Centre (morning tea provided)
Monday 2 February, 10am–2.30pm Nambucca Valley Phoenix, Bowraville (lunch provided)
The artworks created will be part of the Nambucca Valley Open Street Festival Parade on 14 February 2026.
Red Cross Nambucca Valley will also be attending to provide support and resources for disaster recovery and preparedness.
