Founded in 2019 by New York-based musician Eric Kaye, Holmes Cay is an independent bottler dedicated to seeking the world's best rums.

By sourcing exceptional casks from respected distilleries that are difficult or impossible to find in the United States, Holmes Cay curates a continuously evolving collection of the very best small batch and limited edition blends...all distilled and bottled without additives.



Eric Kaye will join us and lead us through a carefully selected flight. His extensive knowledge of rum and his relationships with distilleries around the world make him the perfect host for this fun educational experience!



The Flight:

Holmes Cay Heritage Blend Rum:  Blended distillates from molasses and cane juice from the Caribbean basin (Barbados, Venezuela and Martinique).

Holmes Cay Fiji Single Blended Rum:  Blend of lightly aged molasses-based rum from the South Pacific Distilleries in Fiji.

Holmes Cay Réunion Island Agricole Rum:  Traditional unaged rhum agricole from the Distilleries de Savannah of Réunion Island, France.

Holmes Cay Rum Pineapple "Sihhenge":  Brand new to the lineup is this delicious sugar cane-based rum from Mhoba Rum Distillery in South Africa.



Each guest will receive a welcome cocktail, and food will also be provided.  Additionally, everyone will be entered to win a raffle basket at the end of the evening!



This will be a fun night!....join us in the Club and get your RHUM on!
