In this transformative day retreat (guided by Dari Edwards) rooted in yogic philosophy, indigenous wisdom, and evidence-based mindfulness practices we will explore how to fan the "embers of the heart" to reignite love, compassion, and inspiration during the transition from fall to winter.

Embers of the Heart will intentionally balance the airy, restless energy of the fall season (vata in Ayurveda) with grounding practices to support you for seasons to come.
