Registration is optional but encouraged.Please prepare to share your neighborhood priorities. At the open house, you’ll have the opportunity to share what matters most to you – whether it’s affordable housing, parks, open space or the arts. You’ll also get to see a map of BelRed’s neighborhood districts with a list of the priorities where you can use stickers to show which priorities are most important to you in each neighborhood.BackgroundBelRed has been evolving for more than 15 years into a vibrant, walkable neighborhood with light rail, housing, jobs, and a thriving arts district.In 2024, the BelRed Look Forward plan updated the vision for the neighborhood to strengthen BelRed's role in the city's future while preserving the neighborhood’s unique creative identity and opportunities.The first draft of the code reflects community and interdepartmental feedback gathered earlier this year, and we invite the community to review it and share feedback.
