Public Workshop on the 181-Acre Greenfield Development Area

The Van Buren Township Downtown Development Authority (VBT DDA) would like to thank everyone who participated in the recent community survey regarding the 181-acre Greenfield property located at the northwest corner of Tyler and Belleville Roads.


We invite all residents to attend the first Public Workshop on December 1 from 5–7 PM at the Van Buren Township Hall, Board Room. This workshop is an essential part of our initiative to explore potential developments for this property.


During the workshop, we will gather your insights and ideas, set project priorities, and work together to select a name that reflects our community’s vision for the future. Your participation is crucial in shaping the direction of this development.
