Free PiYo with Shana *March Madness*
It’s that time of year again!!! Every March we go all out at JoJo on the Go Fitness!!! It’s MARCH MADNESS!!! Join us in our regularly scheduled Group Fitness Classes and Training sessions..AND also take advantage of our special offered FREE classes and special events.
On Tuesday, March 19th from 6:00pm-7:00pm we will offer a one-time only FREE PiYo class taught by Shana Gerberding. PiYo is a total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it.
This class is FREE and open to the public. Please bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat. We will have yoga mats available to rent for $2. All participants must sign up online in advance by clicking the “purchase ticket” link.
