Flow into Stillness
A Yoga + Sound Immersion Collaboration with Ashley Weir of Indigo Sage and Balance & Jessica of Osprey Rising
In a world that asks us to constantly move, achieve, and produce, this evening is an invitation to soften.
We will begin with 30 minutes of intentional yoga led by Ashley of Indigo Sage and Balance — gently guiding the body to open, release, and reconnect with breath. This practice is designed to help you return to yourself… to feel what has been waiting beneath the surface.
From there, we will transition into 5–10 minutes of grounding breathwork, creating a bridge from movement into stillness. As you settle into your mat and begin to regulate your breath, the soundscape will gently begin to unfold around you.
Jessica of Osprey Rising will then guide you into a full hour of restorative sound immersion, supporting deep nervous system reset, integration, and reflection.

No two experiences are ever the same. This evening will be shaped by the energy in the room and guided with care.

• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Blanket
• Pillow or bolster for comfort
• Optional: eye mask
(You’ll be lying down comfortably for the majority of the sound immersion.)
