The holidays can bring joy, but they can also bring stress, expectations, and pressure—especially for our Black men who carry so much, often in silence. This month, we’re creating space for real conversation, healing, and support.

Join us for our next Chairs & Conversations session as we close out the year with intention, community, and peace.
