MEPSI will be holding a candlelight vigil to honor and celebrate the life of Shawny Overmiller-Jones, a beloved husband, friend, advocate, and cherished member of our community.

Shawny was a true supporter of Metro East Pride, a constant source of encouragement, and someone who believed deeply in showing up for his community. His presence, his kindness, and his unwavering support helped shape so many of the moments we’ve shared together.
