Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese relaxation - healing technique in which a practitioner gently places their hands on or just above the body to channel universal life force energy (Ki). This practice promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, eases pain, and supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
When our energy becomes blocked or imbalanced, it may contribute to physical, emotional, or mental discomfort. Reiki helps restore balanced energy flow, encouraging harmony and overall well-being.
