This 60-minute class is suitable for all levels and designed to ease tension and ground the body. Participants should be comfortable getting up and down from the floor; however, a chair can be provided for modifications and support.

Following the practice, you are welcome to take time on your own to stroll through the gallery, journal, or sit in quiet meditation; whatever feels most meaningful to you. This portion of the experience is self-guided, offering space for personal reflection and connection with the art.

Please bring a yoga mat, (optional) journal, and anything else you need to make your practice comfortable.

Drop-in Fee $20.00
