- **Event Description**: Join me this summer for Backyard Yoga at Shaky Hands Coffee Shop: a series of outdoor pop-up yoga classes designed to help you move, breathe, and unwind in a relaxed, welcoming space.

Each class is a flowing yoga practice that includes moving up and down from the ground. All levels are welcome, with options offered throughout to support a range of experience.

We’ll practice in the cozy backyard space of Shaky Hands Coffee Shop, surrounded by fresh air and community energy.

Class Dates:
Saturdays (before First in the 'Fonte!)
June 6 · July 11 · August 1
9:30-10:30 am

Sundays 
May 31 · June 28 · July 19
11:00 am-12:00 pm

Pricing:
$16 pre-registration
$20 drop-in

What to bring:
Your yoga mat, water, and anything you need to feel comfortable.

Good to know: 
The coffee shop opens at 8 am, so you’re welcome to arrive early or stay after class. There’s no expectation to purchase anything...just come as you are.
