Breathwork for Soul Expansion- with Carolyne Meehan

This session is an invitation to soften the boundaries of the everyday self and open into a wider field of awareness. Through guided breathwork, we’ll move beyond habitual patterns of thought and enter the deeper terrain of the heart — the place where intuition, creativity, and spaciousness live.

Together we’ll work with the breath as a bridge: releasing what feels tight or closed, and making room for the new. The practice is both grounding and expansive, helping us remember our connection to our truest selves and something larger than our individual stories. I’ll guide you with music, essential oils, and one-on-one support throughout the journey.

We’ll close with tea and community to ground and integrate before you return to your day.
