Through a partnership with Honda and The Harwood Institute for Public Innovation, residents and community leaders came together for months of meaningful conversations that culminated in the 2023  report Building on that momentum, Honda invested in a follow-up action phase to turn insight into impact. United Way of Logan County was invited to lead this work locally, due to its widespread trust and strong, 70-year history of supporting critical local efforts.Three action teams formed to work on whole health, youth, and seniors, each of which has unleashed a chain reaction of actions that is creating real change and strengthening the community’s civic culture. This February, The Harwood Institute will be releasing  a new report Logan County’s Story of Change: Building a Bright Future. This is a progress report and a roadmap for growing and accelerating change over time.We invite you to be part of this celebration and discussion with Rich Harwood—whether you are actively involved in the initiative today, were part of the work early on, or are simply curious to learn more about the progress and possibilities ahead.
