With over 30 years in the wellbeing space—beginning as a physiotherapist—Rebecca draws from a vast well of ancient wisdom, embodiment practices, and her own lived experience. Her work supports women to shed layers of persona, remember their essence, and step into their fullest expression.

Through conscious connection—to Self, Source, Country, and one another—Rebecca creates spaces of safety, soul, and deep resonance. And always… with music, love, humour, and grace.
