Winter Day-Cation

Our Winter Day-cation is a one day event cultivated to help you re-align and reset your body and mind duing the dark and cold season. We start with an hour yoga class, to help bring your awareness to the present moment. Next is an essential oil workshop where you are invited to make two special oil blends of your choice. We will then have lunch catered by Jamie from The Applesauce Inn. Lunch will include soup, sandwiches, tea and dessert. (Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.) Lunch is followed by a detoxifying foot soak and short gua-sha session where you will be shown techniques to take care of your body, specifically your feet and hands, as our extremities often feel worn out and dry during this time of year. Lastly we will finish the day with a sound bath, where you will be invited to settle into a comfortable spot either sitting or lying down, as the sound of various instruments begin to reset and soothe your body and mind. We will end the day with space to soclialize, journal or reflect on what we have expereinced.
