Root and Rhythm Flow

Roots & Rhythm Flow is a “pay what you can” heated yoga flow powered by sweat, breath, and music from Black artists only. Expect strong, rhythmic movement that builds heat and invites you to move with intention, confidence, and power. This fundraiser supports Black Arts Movement Houston, affiliated with Urban Souls, with all proceeds going directly to Black art and culture. One attendee will win a raffle for two tickets to Urban Souls’ annual show “Truth Be Told” on February 26–27 at the Hobby Center. Come ready to sweat and flow for the culture.
