This Month we are offering you a bonus sound bath with the Kirtan

KIRTAN is the yoga of sound- A soul stirring call and response practice that awakens the divine qualities within us.
Through mantra, rhythm and community, we dissolve the thinking mind and drop into the vibration of presence, joy and deep inner peace
As we chant the sacred names, we remember
