Join us for this immersive week-long training module to clarify your intention and develop your practice.

This course is dedicated to the teaching and practice of philosophy and meditation, supported by a postural practice.


We intend to present the map of the Yoga Sutras, following the author's sequential and cyclical approach. Sri Patanjali is recognized as the great codifier of yoga, and he brought together all the practices of his time under the umbrella of Raja Yoga.

This time, we will first review the four chapters, decipher the main psychological concepts, and then their metaphysical correspondences.

The global vision of the yoga sutras offers an answer to all human suffering, its eradication unfolding in ultimate liberation.

We will integrate this week of immersion in Jnana Yoga with Yin Yoga and meditation practices, devoting the week towards redefining the boundaries between postural and meditative practice through the agency of the breath. The aim is to create a common space for these two practices at the end of the week.
