Rođen u Španiji, nakon duboke egzistencijalne krize otkrio je put meditacije i rada sa dahom, što ga je uvelo u istraživanje tantre, seksualnosti, odnosa, rada sa telom, isceljivanja traume i meditativnih terapija.

Danas je ko-voditelj Osho Diamond Breath škole u Italiji i sertifikovani terapeut u oblasti Somatic Experiencing® (Peter Levine), rada sa relacijskim traumama, tantre i muških grupa. Radi širom sveta (Španija, Italija, Poljska, Srbija, Rusija, Kina, Češka, Kanada).

The Center for Inner Development and Joy and Homeplace – Holistic Center are delighted to announce the three-day workshop “??? ????? ?? ??????”, led by Pushan from Spain, an internationally recognized therapist, SE practitioner, and co-facilitator of the Osho Diamond Breath School.

In these times the whole world is going through, many of us feel the weight of a context that brings a multitude of emotions – and often we don’t have the space to express them.

The workshop “??? ????? ?? ??????” offers a safe and supportive place where we can breathe more deeply, reconnect with ourselves, and find the strength to release what has been trapped.

This unique workshop offers space for deep reconnection with yourself through conscious breathing, movement, and meditative techniques. It is intended for everyone who wishes to:
* explore authentic expression and emotions
* release physical and emotional blockages
* find inner stability and vitality
* develop a healthy relationship with oneself and with others

What to expect:
* Deep emotional connection and safe self-expression
* Developing healthy boundaries, accessing dignity and healthy anger
* Breathing techniques that awaken creativity, restore inner balance, and ground you in self-awareness
* Guided meditations to integrate the experience
* A warm, supportive space where authenticity is welcome and transformation happens

About Pushan @pushan.govind
Born in Spain, after a profound existential crisis Pushan discovered the path of meditation and breathwork, which led him into the exploration of tantra, sexuality, relationships, bodywork, trauma healing, and meditative therapies.

Today he is a co-facilitator at the Osho Diamond Breath School in Italy and a certified therapist in Somatic Experiencing® (Peter Levine), relational trauma work, tantra, and men’s groups. He works internationally (Spain, Italy, Poland, Serbia, Russia, China, Czech Republic, Canada).
