Od svog nastanka Performans Art Salon se bori za ličnu i društvenu transformaciju i beskompromisno zalaže za ljudska prava i stvaranje društva u kojem umesto patrijarhalnih i militarističkih vrednosti vladaju sloboda, socijalna pravda, heterogenost mišljenja, identiteta i kulturnih nasleđa, nediskriminacija i nenasilje. Projekat Performans Art Salon podstiče umrežavanje umetnika iz celog sveta, kao i realizacije umetničkih kolaboracija, što rezultira stvaranjem novih projekata i umetničkih razmena širom Evrope i sveta. --- Ovog puta, otvaramo vrata ApsurdiJade. Svečano objavljujemo da su se Apsurd i Stvarnost venčali – i da u tom braku nema razlike ko je lud, a ko normalan. Dobrodošli u teritoriju gde logika nema prolaz, gde zdrav razum čeka red na šalteru koji ne postoji, i gde se umetnost, uprkos svemu, smeje – gromko, iskreno, oslobađajuće. U Srbiji danas, svaka rečenica može da se pretvori u skeč. Svaka vest u parodiju. Svaka svakodnevica u kafkijanski san. Zato Salon ovog puta ne beži od apsurda – on ga razgolićuje, razlaže i pretvara u materijal za igru, otpor i oslobađanje. ApsurdiJada je naša kolektivna terapija, ritual, i performans stvarnosti. Ona je čin suočavanja sa besmislom – da bismo u njemu pronašli smisao. Jer kada se svet raspada u grotesku, umetnost postaje jedini razuman odgovor. Za nas performans nije samo umetnička forma – on je čin otpora, poziv na budnost, akt istine i solidarnosti. On briše granice između umetnosti i života, između ludila i lucidnosti, između nas i vas. Since its inception, the Performance Art Salon has been devoted to personal and social transformation and stands uncompromisingly for human rights and the creation of a society in which, instead of patriarchal and militaristic values - freedom, social justice, diversity of thought, identity, and cultural heritage, non-discrimination, and non-violence prevail. The Performance Art Salon encourages the networking of artists from around the world and the realization of artistic collaborations, resulting in new projects and exchanges across Europe and beyond. --- This time, we open the doors of Absurdiad. We solemnly declare that Absurdity and Reality have been married – and in that union, there is no longer any difference between who is mad and who is sane. Welcome to the territory where logic has no entry, where common sense waits in line at a counter that doesn’t exist, and where art, despite everything, laughs – loudly, sincerely, and liberatingly. In today’s Serbia, every sentence can turn into a sketch. Every piece of news into a parody. Everyday life into a Kafkaesque dream. That is why this Salon doesn’t run away from the absurd – it exposes it, dissects it, and transforms it into a material for play, resistance, and liberation. Absurdiad is our collective therapy, our ritual, our performance of reality. It is an act of facing the senseless – so that within it, we might rediscover meaning. Because when the world collapses into grotesque, art becomes the only sane response. For us, performance is not just an art form – it is an act of resistance, a call to wakefulness, an act of truth and solidarity. It erases the boundaries between art and life, between madness and lucidity, between us and you. Within the space of Absurdiad, each of us becomes both artist and witness, both victim and hero, both that which laughs – and that which is being laughed at. Long live the art of performance!
