- **Event Description**: Hugo Race više od trideset godina piše pesme, svira, producira, obilazi zemaljsku kuglu izvodeći svoje i tuđe numere, muzicirajući sa sijaset poznatih i nepoznatih faca iz branše.
1984. sa 20 godina bio je član Nick Cave & The Bad Seed i kao gitarista učestvovao na legendarnom prvom albumu „From Her To Eternity“, a potom i na „Kicking Against The Pricks“ u par pesama.
1985. objavljuje EP sa bendom The Wreckery, a 1987. i 1988. po album. 1988. izlazi igrani film „Ghosts… of the Civil Dead“ gde je Hugo koscenarista, a Nick Cave i Dave Mason iz The Reels imaju svoju prvu glavnu rolu.
1988. formira True Spirit sa kojima ima sedamnaest albuma, a u međuvremenu je objavljivao i solo + ploče u saradnji sa drugim muzičarima kao što su: DirtMusic (Chris Eckman iz The Walkabouts i Chris Brokaw iz Codeine), Sepiatone (Marta Collica), Hugo Race and Michelangelo Russo…

Projekat neumornog Australijanca koji je predmet našeg interesovanja jer uskoro dolazi u Beograd zove se Hugo Race Fatalists. U martu ove godine objavili su šesti zajednički album “I Made It All Up For You”. Kritičari pišu da je Rejsov egzistencionalistički stil pisanja pesama uokviren savršenim smislom za spoj ranog roka i bluza sa elektronikom, italijanskim saundtrekovima i pustinjskim bluzom, za šta su zaslužni njegovi pajtaši iz Fatalists.

Krajem godine Hjugo i Fatalisti stižu u Beograd. Koncert će biti održan u KC Gradu u sredu, 11. novembra od 21:00. Ulaznice u pretprodaji po ceni od 1500 din: Tickets.rs, Bilet.rs, Pub Brod i Čumić Chillton. Na dan koncerta 2000 din.
