Yoga for lower backs

Lower back pain is commonplace, with almost two thirds of all people in the western world likely to experience it in their lifetime. While yoga can be enormously beneficial, there is often confusion over how to work safely.
This workshop is aimed at teachers and regular practitioners and will help them to understand how by using the correct actions, yoga asana can protect, strengthen and soothe this crucial area of the body.
Andrew has been practising Iyengar yoga for twenty years and has personal experience of working with chronic lower back pain.
