Women's Heart-Based Gatherings

These monthly gatherings are for those with some mindfulness experience who wish to deepen their practice and build a community of practice with other women.

We spend the morning together once a month over 3 Saturdays. 21st Feb, 21st March, 18th April

Each month we will explore a different theme through gentle guidance and shared reflections.

The sessions include guided meditation with gentle inquiry, discussions, listening spaces and some precious and unhurried time for tea, coffee, cake and chat.

This is not a drop-in class and requires you to book all 3 sessions. If you miss a session you will still receive a recording of the meditation and prompts for the following month.

Cost: £90 includes tea, coffee, cake, meditation recording and monthly prompts for your practice.
