Alongside his own creative practice, Matthew is passionate about creating welcoming spaces where people can explore their experiences through writing, discover their own voice, and build confidence through creativity.In this workshop, participants are invited to gently explore feelings of being unseen and unheard within a supportive and safe environment. Through poetry and storytelling, Matthew will guide you through creative writing activities that encourage reflection, self expression, and connection with your own experiences.Sharing personal stories can help build empathy, deepen understanding, and create meaningful connections with others.
