Understanding Bipolar at Work: Let’s Talk

Join us for an informative and supportive evening exploring bipolar and its impact in the workplace. Together, we’ll open up the conversation around mental health at work, reduce stigma, and highlight the support available for individuals and employers.

This event is free to attend and open to everyone. Tea and coffee will be provided.

What to Expect:

• Short presentations from speakers representing AWARE NI, Bipolar UK and the Royal College of Psychiatrists
• Insight into bipolar, including lived experience and clinical perspectives
• Practical guidance on workplace support, reasonable adjustments and safe disclosure
• An engaging Q&A session
• Information about local and national services offering support

This event aims to create a safe space for learning, reflection and open conversation - helping to build workplaces where people feel understood and supported.

Info: We'll have a range of guest speakers delivering short presentations followed by a Q&A session. Speakers will include representatives from AWARE NI, Bipolar UK, The Royal College of Psychiatrists and local stories of lived experiences.
