These sessions are also ideal for Triathlon Ireland members who are not involved with a club.Where:The hub meets on the middle Monday of each month at Andersownstown Leisure Centre, Belfast from 7pm to 9pm.What to expect:These sessions are coached by a Triathlon Ireland Community Coach who will meet you on arrival and will be happy to answer any questions.There are two parts to each session - biking on spin bikes and a swim (pool based).
