On Feb 15th, three professional theatre artists descend on Belfast to collaborate with the counter/current Artistic Company on a brand-new devised theatre piece! 

TÖGAL will be a daring, visceral, and liminal piece about crossing thresholds; a theatrical attempt to dance with the wisdom of the Bardos through life and death. 

In Buddhist practice, tögal means “leapover”, "direct crossing," or “the practice of vision”, and refers to a state of transcendence near death.

Over the last few weeks, we’ve been meeting to develop the framework for the show, and we’re excited about what is taking shape.

From ’95 Tibet to Tony Robbins to the liminal space of the Bardos, this show will be unlike anything you have experienced before!
