No experience needed. No flexibility required. No pretending to be zen. ?

What to expect ??

Clear structure & predictable flow

Gentle movement with optional breathwork

You can sit, stand, lie down, or opt out entirely

Instructions given verbally and visually

Stimming, fidgeting, and wandering brains welcome

Breaks are normal, not “disruptive”

Absolute beginners

People who found other classes overwhelming, confusing, or too intense

Anyone who wants a calmer, more human way to move and breathe
