It rarely leaves enough time for us to truly connect with ourselves, tend to our own energy and come back to ourselves.Through meditation, personal enquiry, small group exercises, energy healing, inner journeying and optional sharing, this workshop offers a gentle space to slow down, listen inward, return and stay with you.Niamh is a coach, healer and facilitator who supports people to come home to themselves.With a background of many years in frontline social work, she brings a grounded, compassionate and trauma-informed approach to her work, creating safe spaces for healing, self-connection and personal growth.Niamh has been on her own journey of healing and personal transformation and now combines coaching, meditation, presence-based practices and energy healing approaches in her work. Through both her personal and professional experience, she has seen the impact that busy lives, busy minds and all that we carry unhealed within can have on our wellbeing. Inspired by this, she creates spaces where people can slow down, let go and come home to themselves.**As this is an experiential workshop numbers are limited and this event is for members only.
