Northern Heart Hospital Penang is launching the Diabetic Limb Salvage Centre, bringing together vascular care, diabetes and wound management, holistic care including kidney and heart optimisation, rehabilitation, dietary and lifestyle coaching — all under one roof.
This integrated approach allows risks to be identified early and ensures healing stays on track.
At the heart of the launch, the Centre’s founder, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Edward Choke, will introduce the Centre by highlighting how he and his team work to prevent complications, and explain when to refer so patients maintain mobility and independence.
As part of the Centre’s launch celebration, we’re opening our doors with 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔, 𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔, 𝒑𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂𝒏 𝒆𝒙𝒄𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒍𝒖𝒄𝒌𝒚 𝒅𝒓𝒂𝒘, so attendees leave with both knowledge and clear next steps.
