Maria Kozlovskaya and Alexander Yumashev (Russia, Ireland) are passionate about Dominican bachata and Cuban salsa. They have learned Salsa, Son, Rumba, Afro and Bachata with multiple top-level instructors in Russia and immersed themselves in the dance culture of the Dominican Republic, spending significant time there to perfect their craft.


- Over 20 years of dance teaching experience
- Creators of BailaMar Bachata Camps in the Dominican Republic (running since 2014).
- Creators of Dominican Flow Festival (2016-2019) in Russia.
- Former top instructors at ArmenyCasa, Russia’s largest Latin dance school.
- Instructors at International Festivals and dance weekends in over 10 countries.
- Launched BailaMar Academy in Dublin in 2018.
