Whether you're a beginner or just looking to get back into running, this in-person event is perfect for you!About ??‍♀️??Roadrunners AC Couch to 5K (C25K) is an 8 week programme for adults of all abilities who wish to increase their physical activity and start running under the direction of UK Athletics qualified coaches with the aim of being able to run a continuous 5K (3.1miles) at the end of the 8-week programme.Dates and Times ?️Roadrunners AC Couch to 5K will take place on Wednesdays from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM and Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM beginning on Wednesday 7th January 2026 for 8 weeks, led by coaches in running fitness (CIRFs), Jack Sinclair and Chris Maher.Location ?Our meeting point for sessions is Musgrave Park, Belfast (BT9 7JB).
