You are warmly invited to join Stephen from Just be Mindful for a morning of inner reflection, renewal and relaxation. Discover how to cultivate the practice of Mindfulness and how to gently accept whatever arises in 2019 with awareness and self-compassion.
Let go of ruminating in the past. Let go of worrying about the future. Live life in the present and fully experience every wonderful moment of this new year.
The morning will consist of beautiful, guided meditations and self-compassion practises interspersed with inspirational poems and readings.
