Take time to reflect on the year gone by and welcome the New Year with creativity, calm, and a grateful heart. Join us for a warm and welcoming Gratitude Journaling Workshop — a peaceful space to pause, appreciate, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead.
This relaxing, hands-on session is designed to inspire you to capture life’s small joys and everyday moments through writing and creative expression. Whether you’re completely new to journaling or already have a notebook full of thoughts, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to continue your gratitude journey at home.
This is the perfect time to start a Gratitude Journal!
Bring along any special Christmas or birthday cards — we’ll show you how to creatively reuse them in your journal to preserve their kind words and memories in a meaningful, lasting way.
What You’ll Experience:
Guided reflection and gratitude prompts to acknowledge the highlights, lessons, and little joys of the past year.
Goal-setting and intention pages to bring focus and positivity into the year ahead.
Creative journaling techniques — discover ways to make your pages visually beautiful and personally meaningful.
Art embellishments & papercraft ideas including stickers, washi tapes, patterned papers, and collage techniques to decorate your journal.
Mindful writing moments to help you slow down and write from the heart.
Included in the Price:
Bring your own blank notebook (we will be using an A5) and you’ll fill the first few pages during the workshop through guided activities, reflections, and collage, then take it home to continue nurturing your gratitude practice.
All journaling materials — pens, papers, embellishments, and art supplies are all available for you to use during the class
