This workshop is an opportunity for people who are new to mindfulness to find out what it is all about. If you have some experience of mindfulness, it is an opportunity to get some support and nourishment for your practice. During the workshop we will explore a variety of mindfulness practices. There will be time for discussion and reflection. Participants will receive a recording of the bodyscan practice and some practice notes and resource list. If you have heard of mindfulness or are interested in doing a course and would like to find out more this workshop is for you.
