Please arrive between 12:00- 12:10pm before the event begins as we aim to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all attendees.

• 12pm: Arrival, Registration and Christmas Buffet
• 12:20pm: Take Your Seats
• 12:25pm: Welcome from General Manager or Guest Speaker
• 12:30pm: Structured Networking Starts
• 2pm: Networking Finishes
• 2:00pm – 2:30pm: Further Networking and Follow Up Conversations, with optional one to one meetings or breakout networking
• 2:30pm: Event Ends

Please note: Late arrivals will not be allowed to join the event; you will have to wait until after a short comfort break. Pre-booking essential.
